Blue Cut Lenses: Good News for Your Eyes
To catch up with the growing economies, it seems like people have devoted a major chunk of their time to screens for work. The result is that our exposure to screens has increased beyond bounds and we are starting to develop long-term issues as a consequence: eyes damaged by sitting in front of a computer all day; skin problems from not getting enough sun or fresh air (and being too busy at home); even kidney damage from eating processed foods after avoiding so many healthy options. The blue light coming from screens of computers, laptops, and phones takes a toll on our eyes. We have successfully failed to curb use but we can’t help it because everything has become digitized.
